Herning Games are working together with Anti Doping Denmark, and by buying a ticket, you agree to these terms
- The use of doping substances is strictly prohibited for employees, members, and users (including competitors) of the training and fitness center. Anyone found using, testing positive for, evading, or refusing a doping test after being summoned may face sanctions under § 8 of the agreement between Anti Doping Denmark (ADD) and the center.
- ADD is authorized to conduct doping tests at any time on employees, members, and users present in the facility. These tests will follow ADD's current procedures for doping control in fitness centers.
- ADD may share doping test results or other violations with the fitness center and relevant partners. Sanctions remain in effect for 10 years from the decision date, as per § 8, section 4 of the agreement with ADD.
- The current "Rights and Obligations" for individuals summoned for doping control can be found on ADD's website.
- Before the competition, the Doping Register may be checked to verify that participants do not have an active sanction.
- Note: A valid photo ID (passport or driver's license) must be presented for identification during a potential doping test at the competition.
REQUIREMENTS: HERNING GAMES 2025 CARNAGE EDITION - INDIVIDUAL
This season, HG has decided:
- Only one division per gender (Men/Women): OPEN DIVISION NO QUALIFICATION.
- NO CUTS. Everyone competes to win.
- PRIZE MONEY: Awarded from 1st to 10th place.
- PARTICIPANTS: 32 Men | 32 Women
REQUIREMENTS: MEN / WOMEN We expect male athletes to demonstrate proficiency in all movements within the sport of CrossFit, including:
- Barbell movements
- Gymnastics on the bar (e.g., pull-ups, chest-to-bar, muscle-ups)
- Bodyweight movements
- Ring movements (e.g., muscle-ups)
- Strict variations of movements Strength benchmarks:
- Back Squat: 130/90 kg or more, for multiple repetitions
- Overhead Squat: 90/6 kg or more for few reps
- Odd Object Movements: Sandbag and D-ball movements may appear in the competition.
